1.- What is the methodology of the Happier Healthier Workday program?

This program is designed for the participant to go at their own pace. Each module and/or lesson will open once you finish the previous one. It is recommended to give a space of one week between one module to another, in order to complete the assignments and practice the closing recommendations of each module. It is practice, in short, that will guarantee that this is not just another course of the many you have taken, it is through experience that you will achieve the change you want to see in your life. 

3.- What type of support will I receive during the 4 weeks of the program?

You are entitled to 4 support emails (one email for each week/module of the program) for specific questions related to the content of the program, instructions that were not clear to you from the assignments and/or recommendations. For technical support purposes of problems with our training platform or the change partners website, you can write to us as the need arises. Please, Please allow 24 – 48 business hours to assist your email.

4.- What results will I achieve at the end of the 4 modules of the Happier Healthier Workday program?

At Change Partners 360 we believe that real changes that are maintained over time begin by generating awareness in our clients. From here, we move on to establishing habits in a practical way, to create sustainable results over time.

6.- What materials will I need to be able to successfully carry out my Happier Healthier Workday program?

Printer to print the workbook and other downloadable documents included in the program. Pencil or pen to take notes and do the exercises, markers to highlight information that you do not want to forget.

7.- Tips to get the most out of the program? 

Plan your study days during the week, dedicate specific days and times and do not break this appointment with yourself to do your program. 

The place should be a safe space for you, but above all, peace. That allows you to enter a state of reflection and practice of the content that we will present to you. This space should also allow you to concentrate to do the proposed exercises. 

Do everything handwritten! Connect your mind and heart so you can better capture it on paper.

Not only taking the theory of the program, this does not generate changes, if you do not do the assignments, do the readings and practice the recommendations, we could say that we do not ensure real change that lasts in your life, and this is not what we want for our clients!

8- Is this Course designed only for individuals or can it also benefit work teams?

This course is designed both for individuals seeking to improve their personal well-being and productivity and for work teams seeking to foster a healthier and more positive work environment. The principles and techniques taught are applicable at the individual and group level.
